Back in 2015/2018 I’ve been operating from the level of high performance where I’ve been sharing with people tips and strategies to feel 10/10 every day.
What didn’t make much sense to me back then was I couldn’t really keep up with feeling 10/10 myself.
Let alone support another in being able to get there.
So I built this little tracker app back then to help me keep track of how I feel on a daily basis and maybe I could begin to notice some trends and patterns.
Over the last almost a decade now, I’ve been on that journey. Trying to get to 10/10 myself and assisting others.
Recently I’ve actually been able to crack the code so to say.
And the truth is it’s been a daunting, tiring, overwhelming journey that if I were told back then this is what it was going to take… I’d probably bail out with an honest “No, thank you!”
But things began to connect.
Over the past few weeks I’ve put those missing puzzle pieces into the Flowhabit Tracker app that just today got approved and released to the iOS app store world wide.
With it I’ve included the training and details to the 4×7 Method along with a 7-Day Flow Challenge that takes what I’ve come to realize as important 8 Core Pillars necessary to be addressed in order to get to feel like a 10/10, every day.
If you’d like to address the funk you may have been in lately, I don’t see a better, faster, and more approachable way than just downloading the tracker app and getting started.
There’s an entire world to unmake and unlearn, and it doesn’t have to take long! 😀
