There’s a lot of excitement in the air today for the total solar eclipse. There’s a bit of cloud cover but so far we can still see parts of the blue sky.
We’re pretty close to the path of the eclipse so it’s exciting to observe this celestial event!
In the meantime, stars or not, back to the subject that you create your own reality.
And today I’d like to share with you 3 key questions you could ask yourself daily to help bring more self-awareness, more self-inquiry to uncover some of those hidden views and definitions of self and the world that are making you feel and behave in a way that’s currently creating your experience.
- How am I feeling?
It’s remarkable how the mind doesn’t even want to acknowledge what is happening inside hoping that not looking that way will keep it at bay. This is the first step to even be able to begin the work of self-discovery. - How am I feeling about what I’m feeling?
This is the more important question. You may not be able to control how you’re feeling but you can definitely look at what that feeling creates inside as the second layer. - What do I need to believe is true in order for me to feel this way?
This is the golden ticket of taking absolute responsibility and most direct access to the “source code” that is currently creating your reality. This is the thing that creates your thoughts, feelings and actions. Make a shift here and you’re off to the races!
To help you apply these in your own life, I’m inviting you to a 30-day self-awareness challenge.
The challenge is pretty straight forward. Answer these three questions every day for the next 30 days.
You can use your own paper journal or my Flowhabit app to help you with tracking and reminders.
And we’ll have a WhatsApp group for those who choose to participate to assist in digging in deeper with whatever you discover throughout the process – both on the emotional level and the belief level, especially what to do with the beliefs once you uncover them.
Would you like to join us? Let me know on Instagram and I’ll get you setup.
