Long exposure to stresses from both sides leads to a feeling of burnout. That both doesn’t feel good and is costly in terms of lost productivity and happiness.
What is Stress?
My definition of stress is simply our perception of any given moment and situation. The meaning we give to what is happening around us. It is a psychological response to external uncontrollable events and circumstance.
If it is *only* a psychological response, then this gives us the opportunity to help people learn and understand what stress is, what causes it, how to manage it and… frankly… eliminate it for good.

Paradoxically addressing and training the internal state of each individual without the intent of increasing their output is what at the end of the day leads to greater performance.
Especially in work that requires creativity, innovation and a new way of thinking like design, product and engineering teams.
How I work…
1. Private 1:1 Coaching with Leaders and Managers
Most effective way to support the entire organization is to train leaders and managers to be able to master their own inner technology. As a result, on a very personal experiential journey they will be able to understand and better support their people as well.
This work is very personalized to what each individual is going through at work, at home and their internal state. Our engagement is completely confidential apart from what the person would be open to share. And typically runs in 3-6 month containers.
2. Live Remote Team Workshops and Extended Support Containers
Creating a culture that focuses on internal state of each individual is the most effective way to achieving major breakthroughs. Many may already be on their own personal journeys of self-discovery. Bringing this into your work teams and engaging in conversations will inevitably create even more team cohesion even in most fast paced environments.
I come in with a purpose to create lasting change. A single workshop or a weekend is going to be great for the first few weeks but then people go back to their old ways.
As such, team engagements require a minimum 4 month commitment with regularly timed workshops and group work with leaders and managers to address all questions and issues that may be coming up as a result.
